Hayat\u0131m boyunca \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fim en \u00f6nemli \u015fey, ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n tesad\u00fcf de\u011fil; emek, sab\u0131r ve vazge\u00e7memek oldu\u011fudur.<\/p><p>Ben bu mesle\u011fe bir masa ba\u015f\u0131nda de\u011fil, mutfa\u011f\u0131n en s\u0131cak k\u00f6\u015fesinde ba\u015flad\u0131m. \u00c7\u0131rak olarak att\u0131\u011f\u0131m ilk ad\u0131mdan itibaren hamurun kokusunu, ate\u015fin dilini, eme\u011fin de\u011ferini ve ger\u00e7ek lezzetin s\u0131rr\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fayarak \u00f6\u011frendim. Y\u0131llar boyunca mutfa\u011f\u0131n her a\u015famas\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m; ustalar\u0131m\u0131 izledim, kendimi geli\u015ftirdim ve her g\u00fcn bir \u00f6ncekinden daha iyisini yapabilmek i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele ettim. Bug\u00fcn geldi\u011fim noktada en b\u00fcy\u00fck gururum, bu ba\u015far\u0131 hik\u00e2yesinin s\u0131f\u0131rdan, al\u0131n teriyle yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p>Benim i\u00e7in lahmacun yaln\u0131zca bir yemek de\u011fil; Gaziantep'in k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, ustal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcregelen lezzet miras\u0131n\u0131 temsil eden \u00e7ok de\u011ferli bir gastronomi \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu y\u00fczden Antep Eli'ni kurarken tek hedefim bir restoran a\u00e7mak de\u011fildi. Amac\u0131m, ger\u00e7ek Gaziantep lahmacununun \u00f6zg\u00fcn tarifini, kalitesini ve ruhunu koruyarak T\u00fcrkiye'nin ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131rabilecek g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir marka olu\u015fturmakt\u0131.<\/p><p>Bug\u00fcn Antep Eli, geleneksel lezzeti modern i\u015fletmecilik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla bulu\u015fturan bir marka olarak b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye devam ediyor.
